Refund policy

You have 14 days to make a return from the date you placed your order, during which time you are entitled for a refund. We recommend that you start the returns process as soon as possible to ensure your parcel arrive back to us on time. Items should be returned showing no signs of wear, undamaged and with all tags attached. All items must also be returned in their original packaging. When trying on clothing, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any makeup, perfume, aftershave or deodorant which may leave scent or marks. Please note all items must be hand washed. We will be unable to accept the returns of any item(s) where instructions have not been followed.

Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days of being received. Our team will be in touch via   e-mail/social media once your return has been processed for an exchanged credit note or refund.
